Orders for handcrafted or perishable items (such as clay cookware or palm leaf products made to order) cannot be cancelled once production or dispatch has begun. However, if the delivered item is found to be defective or damaged, we will gladly review the case for a refund or replacement.

Refunds & Replacements

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of delivery.
Once we inspect and confirm the issue, we will arrange a suitable replacement or refund.
